Aura [2020 - Week 2]
What is Aura?
An Aura is a human energy field that is said to enclose an object, animals, or human. Both living and non-living objects have Aura. In scientific words, we emit a low level of electromagnetic fields. It affects our health and the opportunities that we affect in life. With practice, we can see the aura of other people.
It is said that our human body consists of chakras I will talk about chakras in another post. The aura depends upon the seven chakras present in our body. If the chakra is weak, it can lead to a reduction of particular aura in our body. There are reiki practices to balance the aura and chakras.
Sometimes, when you see someone for the first time, you get a vibe about them. It is the aura that tells about the vibe. As I said before, with practice one can see the aura of other people.
If you want to see the basic outline or aura of someone, make one stand near a white wall, or if you are embarrassed to ask someone, keep some object near the wall. Concentrate on it for a few minutes, and you will be able to see a white outline around it.
Kirlian Photography
There is a type of photography, known as Kirlian photography through which we can capture the aura of other people or objects. Vegetables and Fruits have higher aura when it is in a raw state, it loses its aura when it is cooked.
Colors of Aura
There are different colors of auras, and the colors can tell the behavior about the people.
Layers of Aura
There are seven layers of Aura. Physical, Astral, Lower Mental, Higher Mental, Spiritual, Intuitional, and Absolute.
Physical: This layer declines when we are awake and increases when we rest. It is associated with our physical comfort and health.
Astral: This tells about our sensitive nature. It is where we provide our self-love.
Lower Mental: This is where our reasoning and thought process resides. You use this energy for your studies and work and executes on your belief.
Higher Mental: This acts as a bridge between other layers. You connect your care for yourself to care for others.
Spiritual: Through this layer, you can connect with people over spiritual matters.
Intuitional: Your third eye works in this layer. It helps you to be aware of your instincts.
Absolute: This final layer acts as a protective layer and helps the individual layers to be in balance.
Balancing Aura
Meditating and reflecting on yourself can help the aura to be in balance. When you get into a bad mood you can get to know that one of the layers is not in balance and you can take some time for yourself to gain back the balance.
People use crystals for balancing the auras. There are different kinds of crystals like Rose Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Azurite, Fluorite, Jade, Moonstone, etc. You can read about the uses of these crystals here:
How Aura affects your life
The aura is commonly known as the etheric field, and the energy extends up to two to four inches. A Reiki practitioner can easily detect the thickness of your aura.
Aura is like a blueprint of your life. It expresses who you are and affects the opportunities that you get in your life. Your aura reflects the energy that you are currently experiencing in your life.
You trade your energy when you interact with others. Haven’t you wondered why you feel sad after talking to someone who was venting out their emotions? Spiritual people know how to uplift their energies after interacting with others and thereby balancing their aura. If you have visited some spiritual person you can understand their aura affecting yours. You feel compassionate and safe around them.
Everything in this world emits aura, even seas, and trees. That is why people recommend you to visit a beach or forest when you have emotional turmoil inside you.
It is always recommended to keep your aura in balance to find harmony in your life. You can do meditation or keep crystals around you and have a peaceful life.
